NextGenIQ is operated by SocialOnBrand LLC, Austin, TX. We provide agent trust evaluation services under the NGIQ-ATE™ framework. Questions about this policy can be directed to support@socialonbrand.com.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly when you:
- Submit an audit request form (name, email, agent description, governance details)
- Contact us via email or the contact form
- Engage with us for an evaluation engagement (additional documents under NDA)
- Use the Property Analyzer tool (email address for report delivery, property address entered for analysis)
- Purchase analyzer access via Stripe (payment is processed by Stripe — we receive only your email and payment confirmation, not your card details)
We also collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) via our hosting provider (Vercel) for operational purposes.
Property Analyzer data: Property addresses and analysis results are stored to generate shareable report links (valid 60 days). We do not sell property analysis data or share it with third parties outside of generating your report.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to audit requests and schedule scoping calls
- Deliver evaluation services and produce reports
- Communicate about your engagement
- Improve our services and methodology
We do not sell your information. We do not use your agent documentation or governance materials for any purpose other than your evaluation engagement.
4. Information Sharing
We do not share your personal information with third parties except:
- Service providers necessary to operate our platform (Vercel for hosting, Resend for email delivery, Stripe for payment processing)
- Third-party data providers used to generate property analysis reports — these providers receive only property address data necessary to return market data; they do not receive your email or identity
- As required by law or to protect our legal rights
- With your explicit consent
All evaluation engagement materials are treated as confidential and handled under the terms of any applicable NDA.
5. Cookies
We use a session cookie (ngiq_access) to manage site access. This cookie contains no personal information. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies.
6. Data Retention
We retain evaluation engagement records for a minimum of three years to support badge verification and dispute resolution. Contact information is retained for the duration of the engagement plus one year unless you request deletion.
7. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at support@socialonbrand.com. We will respond within 30 days.
8. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information. Evaluation documents are transmitted and stored with encryption. Access is restricted to team members who need it to deliver your engagement.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy periodically. Material changes will be noted with a new effective date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
